Alexander Lygin was a President and an owner of 51% shares of Grom Systems, Inc. Grom Systems, Inc. was
established on February 2, 2000 and its primary interests lie in software development, computer and photo services.
Grom Systems, Inc. was developing a proprietary banking solution for Ladenburg Thalmann through its subsidiary
Tandem Venture Partners. Grom Systems, Inc. is still a valid corporation now, but it is not involved in any active
business. Alexander Lygin joined Cantor Fitzgerald on February, 2001, but he still remained its president until his
tragic death on September 11, 2001. Alexander Lygin is a great loss to Grom Systems, Inc. He was a lead developer
and a master mind behind its business. We were planning to start a new project January, 2002, but it got cancelled
due to Alex’s absence. I don’t see any other business opportunities for our company without Mr. A.Lygin and will be
forced to close the company.
